My weight loss has slowed down a lot lately but I know I definitely need to hit the gym more regularly. So excited to be close to goal. The last time I saw the nutritionist she thought that 170lbs would be a good goal for me and we could reassess once I reach it. Today I'm 184lbs and I have my one year surgery anniversary coming up April 20th. Trying to crack down to hopefully be 170 by my annual check-up. Regardless I'm really proud of how far I've come and I know that I can get there with the same focus I've had the last 10-11 months. In the last week or so when I've seen old pictures I don't even recognize that person. Surgery was the best decision I've made!

Hello everyone! its been 2 years since my sleeves and I am loving it more and more everyday! No more insulin and medication. My A1C level is 6.0.. imagine from 12!!! I am very happy to be where I am now, my kids and I are doing more activities than before! I felt 20 years younger now and I am thankful to God and my family for all the support they have given me in this journey. For all of you out there who are planning to be in the same journey and for those who had been in this journey as well.... CONGRATULATIONS!!! We are so blessed!!!

Hi sleevers!! So this is my progress pic so far! On the left we have me at 5'8 314 pounds. This pic was taken 2 days before my surgery on August 18,2017 and in the right this photo was taken the other day and i am down 67 pounds! My weight now is 247! Trying to hit 200 by my bday (end of April) but I am so glad I put myself on this journey! Hi everyone- just an update... I’m still doing very well maintaining after 2 years. I did gain 20 lbs back but that’s from working from home, vacationing, snacking during the holidays, and drinking. It’s much easier for me to lose weight now. I can eat about 3-4 oz depending on what so eat. I still always eat my Protein first and my bad carbs last. I take my Vitamins religiously and drink lots of Water.
My life is very happy and I’m still so glad with the choice I made for my life. Having no gallbladder has also been an easy transition. I’m between a size 10-12 and although I gained weight, all my clothes still fit. Exercise is what I’m lacking because I work from home now and have been working at 430am. That’s been making me tired.
Happy New Year... and Ill try to keep posting my updates as best as I can! Hope everyone is doing well...

I'm a few days away from my 2 month anniversary of my sleeve surgery, and it's been a week since my 2 month pre-op diet anniversary.
Down 85 pounds so far. Here's a before and after. Here's the 2017 and losing a lot more!
