  5. Yes Thank you. A little common sense goes a long way when autocorrect destroys a sentence. Good to know someone can decipher! Sent from my HTC 10 using BariatricPal mobile app

  10. Considering how restrictive the diet is and how important nutritional variety is I think it is important that we do talk about it! Sent from my HTC 10 using BariatricPal mobile app
  11. I asked this at 3 weeks and was told at this stage It was a good chance I'd react badly to them and then never tolerate them so to weight for a few more weeks until all healed up. I'm not at 5.5 weeks and enjoy eggs regularly Sent from my HTC 10 using BariatricPal mobile app
  12. I had a bypass 5 weeks ago and have noticed a massive difference in my sleep pattern I have severe osa and am hoping it'll clear up as I shift the weight. Can't wait to hear my partner say I slept silently Sent from my HTC 10 using BariatricPal mobile app
  13. Thank you very much. I am going to speak to my surgeon and with guidance get a personal trainer. But first walk more and more. I just feel frustrated as walking doesn't feel like I'm doing anything. Sent from my HTC 10 using BariatricPal mobile app

  17. Hey everyone I am coming up 5 weeks post op and a bit confused about exercise. Doesn't help I've never dobe any in my fine but whilst laid on my sofa decided I feel fit enough now I realised I have not been told what to do or given any tips! I vaguely remember reading a pamphlet pre op about getting in 20mins walking a day which I do strive for but... Barely gets my heart rate up. What kinds of things does everyone do? Any useful links or tips? I have a treadmill ( I'm about 11lbs to heavy for the reccomend weight though) but otherwise it'll just be my body moving. Thanks. 19. I respect your choice and understand to a degree but I feel you're not doing yourself justice by hiding away. You need to be proud of your choice and proud you've decided to be healthy. There is nothing wrong with what you're doing and only by telling people and explaining can you teach their ignorance if they do react badly. At the end of the day it's your body and your choice and I think it's a shame to have to hide how much work you're doing to be a better you. Sent from my HTC 10 using BariatricPal mobile app
  20. Hey I was wondering if people that had the op in the early 20s had a better chance of not having so much excess skin,? Sent from my HTC 10 using BariatricPal mobile app
  21. Hey would be lovely to have people to talk to. Had my op 23rd of August this year. Great to be able to compare with someone on or around my date
  22. Maybe it's just a stall I wouldn't panic. Sent from my HTC 10 using BariatricPal mobile app
