  1. I'm 2 years 1 month out. I reached my goal of 150 in August. I am at 146.6 ATM. I've read it can happen 2 to 3 years out. I read weight gain can average at or around 20 lbs. I'm not sure if this is true or not.
  2. I was 291.8 7 days after surgery. HW was 320.0. Goal weight was 170.0 to be at normal weight/ BMI. CW Is 145.6. I used the weight calculators too. Good luck on your journey.
  3. You look amazing! Great work!

  5. I'd try some hot water. If that doesn't help, call your Doctor or seek medical attention.. Chicken was hard for me to eat as well. It stil is really.

I went to Maidenform outlet store. 4 bras for 80.00. I am a B cup as well. They had beautiful bras. I also bought the t skirt bra from third love. It was around 60.00. I wish I'd found the Maidenform bras first. If you don't need 4 bras, they let you split the deal with others. My two sisters and I shared the deal.

  20. I agree with Nancy. Just do you. This is a personal choice. People will judge, however, that's on them, not you.

  22. Are you really hungry? Or is it the tummy noise? I'm 20 months out and my tummy is still noisy! However, I have not got the hungry hormone back yet. I hope it never comes back! BTW, I HAD THE GBP, RNY.
  23. Yes. This weight fluctuation is very normal. I was weighing daily, however it created much anxiety for me. My husband suggested trying once a week so I tried that. Much better for me but everyone is different.
