  1. I chose bypass for my GERD and also a hernia repair which was part of the problem my GERD made me cough all day long. I am now symptom free. It’s great! I highly recommend the bypass.
  2. I am 3 1/2 weeks post op. I’m very aware of chewing everything very well so that I don’t have pain. I’m also very aware of how much I’m eating so that I don’t have pain (2-4oz at a time). I’m eating a bit slower and taking smaller bites but I’m not eating super slow.
  3. Height 5’6”Start W: 227 SW: 221 CW: 202.5 My weight loss slowed after 2 weeks. I’m now losing 1lb at a rate of every 5-6 days. Has this happened to anyone else? And did the weight loss pick up again?
  4. I swear by my bidet. No need to take meds.
  5. I got my date before my approval which they say takes 2 weeks. My date is Nov 27. Just after thanksgiving.
