So you decided to go for it ASAP instead of waiting until after the holidays -- good for you!!! OK, I'm jealous, haha, maybe my surgeon will move me up at my next appt. I'll be through all of the pre-quals.

This is a really good question -- I stand by my comment above, but I totally get waiting until after the holidays, mainly to shield my surgery from others.

I posted earlier that I was only telling husband and sons, but since told my mother. Big mistake. Don't follow in my footsteps!!!!
-
My revision is approved!!
Indeed! I have to add, losing the "filter" happens with dementia. You should raise THAT with her, lol.
-
My revision is approved!!
No filter whatsoever -- that is quite the reaction for you to deal with. And the question about the kids -- LOLOL, is she also denying your husband parental rights?? Ack, best wishes to you, you will be fine, and your life expectancy and quality will be better when you lose EBW.

Sever chest pains
Ditto above, that is an unpleasant symptom to say the least!! A few years ago, I was SURE I was having a heart attack, but in the ER and subsequent cardio appt, was diagnosed wit -- as you predicted for yourself -- esophageal spasms.
