About Me

I'm a mom of two "sweet" teenagers. They are the reason I'm going through this process. I need to get healthy not only for them but for me. I've been big all my life. I'm the biggest of my moms kids so I don't know what it's like to be an "average" size female. I'm active but the extra weight does stop or slow me down from doing alot. I'm ready to live the next 20+ years being healthier.
