  10. You know that's a good question. But I guess all Dr. Are different. My nutritionist considers that to be there "liquid diet" I'm guessing because it's all liquid for the Entire day with one small meal. So I guess with it being majority liquid then it's still a liquid diet. I have no clue lol. All I know is I'm still going to be starving regardless lol.   12. Yep. That is so crazy. Mine is 4 protein shake a day, 64oz of water and dinner is a low calorie frozen meal like a healthy choice dinner. Sent from my SM-G955U using BariatricPal mobile app

  15. Thank you, good luck to you too. That's what I'm afraid of. I asked my nutritionist about what I can take for hunger headaches. He said "Ohh you'll be fine.   23. Hi congrats on your journey thus far. I have BCBS. My coordinator submitted my paperwork and I was approved the same day. My coordinator said it can take up to 30 days it just depends on how backed up they are. I'm in Ohio so I don't know if that makes a difference or not.
