I did with my knee surgery but not with this. They got me up to walk the day of surgery, and I went home the next day, and I drovein 4 days.

Dollymom reacted to YeahOkay31 in Daily carbs after surgeryMy surgeon said to stay below 50. My nutritionist did not give me a count. Did not want counting of anything really. Was more concerned with measuring everything and sticking to the items listed in the plan (which were pretty low carb, anyway).
