My nutritionist never gave me a number for daily carbs limit after surgery. What kind of carb limits (?) are your nutritionist giving you? Thanks!

My nutritionist told me the 30/30 time frame. I really try to stick to it. I am 15 months out, and sometimes I drink without thinking.

I was 65 when I had my bypass. No problem.

I was in the grocery store today and saw a cauliflower crust for pizza. Is it good?

I had no problems with body odor, and I didn't have the Lovenox with this surgery. I did with my knee surgery but not with this. They got me up to walk the day of surgery, and I went home the next day, and I drovein 4 days.

My poison is donuts!! There is a little place across the street from the salon that I go to that makes the best chocolate iced donuts. I don't do it often, but once in a while it is a splurge! My other weakness is chips. I try to not have them more than once every 2-3 weeks.
