  1. How are you feeling? I was also sleeved 8/21.
  2. we are almost there-are you on a two week liquid diet ? Saw my doctor yesterday got my surgery time and now its really hitting me! im more excited than anything.
  3. i would say youll be fine-my coworker didnt even have a pre op diet to follow. im sure they told her the best things to eat and not to go crazy but she had no liquids or anything. My doctor has me on full liquids for two weeks. Surgery is monday havent cheated but so so tempting really but i want to change my life way more. Best of luck with everything and again im sure youll be fine.
  4. I was approved through insurance already-they send your starting and current weight. Check with your insurance. I just didnt lose much on purpose but now that its approved and I will be on a two week liquid diet i can and will lose weight before the surgery.
  5. I hope so too-also the pain. Ive never had major surgery but have had two children au natural soooooo hope that my pain tolerance is up. For the meds think we will have to crush them or maybe they have ones that dissolve?

  9. Finally got my approval from Aetna and I am scheduled for 8/21/17 to be sleeve. So happy
  10. Hello All, I am new here-and just got approved on 7/21-my surgery has now been scheduled for 8/21. Cant stress how excited/nervous I am but really happy to have made it this far-feel like this will be the new start i need! Just looking to meet others currently in my situation and talk about all thats happening for us.
