  1. Me too, I lost so much. At 5"6 @ 112 lowest weight and cant help it. I've tried to gain weight and I gained 2 lbs and lost one. It's like i can eat one day and the next I'm eating 5 bites ugh. It sounds good but really it's not, my hip bones are sticking out, and I've got a huge thigh gap.

  4. I started at 210 at 5'6. I had my surgery on 9/16/17. Since then, I've been losing steadily and I'm concerned that I am at 110.... I am never able to eat much, and my hunger is gone!!!!! I have to remind myself to eat, and when I do, its like all a 2 year old could eat. Scared!

  12. I have heard people say they have gone through this for months. Feeding tube continuously for months while they wait for the body to heal the leak. Everyone is different, but I think she will be OK. Sent from my LGMS550 using BariatricPal mobile app
  13. I'm so sorry to hear this. The complications are very rare but can and do happen. Sent from my LGMS550 using BariatricPal mobile app

  17. Yea, I think shakes are a great way to be safe cause I have tried things that did hinder my progress like dairy. But then I take steps back and slowly progress forward. Like 2 steps back one forward. Today I screwed up and tried to lift a trycle bike off the wall...bad move! I stopped immediately but now that soreness is there where they cut through the muscle on the side. Not the actual stomach pouch but the muscle where they pulled it out of. 18. I stopped feeling sore around week 4. I'm 4 weeks now and I am eating soft foods. I listen to my body and it guides me what is good and what isn't. Sent from my LGMS550 using BariatricPal mobile app

  23. I do as well. Have you tried Orgain grass fed chocolate shake? It is the only shake that goes down easy and without any discomfort. I get mine through Amazon. Sent from my LGMS550 using BariatricPal mobile app

  25. I'm basically still on that diet, even though I am 12 days out and allowed mushies. I can only tolerate yogurt, Popsicles, and a little cottage cheese. I pretty much just stick to the shakes and powerade zero Sent from my LGMS550 using BariatricPal mobile app
  26. Thats good, after a few weeks you will not really crave food as much post op. I mean the first week for me was the absolute worst. I craved everything in hind sight lol Sent from my LGMS550 using BariatricPal mobile app

  28. Hi, I was sleeved on 8/9. So I'm 10 days out and I saw your post above about your wounds hurt you too. Do they still hurt? How long does it last? It is better but still hurts to walk around without my binder and sometimes with it anyway. I can get up and out of bed now, but this soreness is just lingering. It is on the large incision site AND feels like tugging or pulling with soreness in my abs muscle. Any response would be greatly appreciated. Sent from my LGMS550 using BariatricPal mobile app
