  2. I obviously plan on working out after surgery when my surgeon gives and clearance. Do you have to go to a gym? Does anyone have any workout recommendations you do at home and are they as effective as going to the gym. I am a mother of two and want to do workouts that I can still be around my children or at least not have to find a babysitter all the time.
  3. You are truly an inspiration to me I am starting off wearing a size 24/26 and my surgery is the 24th of August. I hope to drop that weight and look good like you lol. How long did it take? I don't want skin removal surgery so any advice on that? You look great you must feel so proud[emoji16]

Like what if I feel what going on or when are they putting me to sleep in the operating room will I see everything they will use??? I am just freaking out. If anyone can tell me how they were put out and how long did the procedure take? How was it like for you. I have a few weeks left and I am going nuts and nauseous thinking about it[emoji31]
  5. You have to do what's best for yourself. What are some reasons people tell you not to do it? I had some people tell me also don't do it but they have never had weight issues so they would not understand.
  6. Thank you I expect some pain but some stories I hear scare the crap out of me. I'm glad your doing well and already going back to work. Is all the medicine they give you pain Meds all chewable. Doesn't it taste gross?

  8. Everything is being submitted to the insurance and I am waiting on approval. Does anyone have Cigna PPO and have any problems? Does Cigna take a long time or no my doctor said up to two weeks. I am dying I want this over with and know everything went through ok. I have a tentative surgery date for August 24th[emoji16] I am so scared that something goes wrong!!!
  9. I am going to my final doctor in this pre-surgery process tomorrow afternoon. What can I expect when I go to visit him. I have no heart disease in my family or ever had an issue. (Knock on wood)!!!! You think they will suggest a nuclear stress test or should I be ok to just do an ekg and maybe a normal stress test? I am nervous I am so close to ending these doctors being that tomorrow is the last of my process. I just want everything to work out so I can have this surgery!!!
  10. That is great for everyone who has their surgery scheduled!!!! [emoji3][emoji3][emoji3]I want my surgery the second week of August but I don't have a date yet because my heart doctor has to be scheduled within a month of the surgery. How come you guys have your date so early? Does your doctor require something different.
