Okay I am 23 and i am 5 3 and weigh 213 and have been told by 2 docs that I quailify. Keep looking not that your doctor is wrong but who may find dierent opinions else where. I understand I am incredible uncomfortalbe the weight that I am and doctors should understand that you are too!!!!

Wonderful that is who I have been researching and my cousin just had the surgery this morning by him and she is doing fabulous!! The only this is that we live in Oklahoma and don't know what we are going to do about fills yet.

Hello everyone!! I am from Oklahoma and have been researching the Lap Band. I am very excited about it and would like to hear more from the people who have had it done. My cousin just had it done today in Mexico by Dr Rambaut. They did their research and decided on him but still do not know who is going to do her fill. Going back to Mexico from Oklahoma can eventually get very expensive and we don't know who could do the fills here. I would like to know all information anyone is willing to give to me. Thanks MKG
