No problem drinking fluids
Congratulations. What is your actual concern ?You saw your stomach so what could be wrong ? You don't have an issue with fluids that leads to alot of people being dehydrated and re admitted into hospital.. I would be thankful. I don't know why. Probably because all humans are different and rexover differently I struggled unbearably. Some people have issues with fluids some don't.

No change in hunger
First month I was painfully hungry. It was part of my healing. Yes some people never feel hunger some people do. I don't mind . I rarely feel hunger now 4 months out. But when I do I think I could eat a horse. Two bites later I'm stuffed..so that's the difference..feeling hunger isn't the be all and end all. It's okay

Stomach cramps
Why would anyone be mad at you ? And hmm I'm not sure what could cause it but keep an eye on it and perhaps get it checked if it continues.

Stuck at weight
Any more information? How long have you stalled ? What's your daily eating like ? What are your stats and how long post ? Stalls can be for no reason. But also they can be a reason so the answer depends on the Individual..but knowing the reason makes it easier to fix if there is one.

stretching out the sleeve
What do you eat a day and how much

stretching out the sleeve
How would you know your eating to much ? It's very simple. Weighing your food. Then eating more than you weigh.( If say your team say eat under 4 ounces) That is how you know. You shouldn't eat more if you feel you can. It's a sure thing your fine if you don't go over your recommendation. If you have no recommendation protein first veggies second you will be fine

Why did I gain weight
Are you getting enough fluids in ?? It's not fat you gained so don't worry. I wouldn't even be weighing this early as your still healing.

Stalls
Similar starting weight. I was told light weights lose slower generally and may stall more. As we have less to lose. Keep up the good work.

Freaking myself out
I am fully aware of that. I'm making it clear that the 4 ounces rule does not apply to liquids.

Average weight loss: worth it? Starting to feel discouraged...
That's not how all doctor's do it. Excess weight for me was calculated by what weight I'd be at 24 Bmi . Subtract my current surgery day weight. Then 70percent of that. Sent from my Vivo 5R using BariatricPal mobile app

Average weight loss: worth it? Starting to feel discouraged...
How much do you weigh ? And what do you eat per day ? Your weightloss is great. Some lose faster depending on size. I srarted off 244 now 186lbs so almost 60lbs in 4 months. I'm sure it would have been more if I tracked all the time. But my team don't require me to. I don't exersise. Some may lose slower on the scale when building muscle. Post-op Needs & Random Question
I don't know what you will have. You need to check with your surgeon. I did not have a drain. I have seen many have them. I wouldn't prepare pureed food. I did. And ended up throwing them out. Your taste buds changes so you need to see what you like at the time. Sent from my Vivo 5R using BariatricPal mobile app

Average Weight Loss
I've had a sleeve and 70 percent of my excess weight will be 76lbs loss by 12 months. I've already lost almost 60lbs and I'm 4 months post. Granted it slows down as time goes on..but I'm pretty sure I'll lose more than predicted. And many people lose 100 percent of there excess weight I wouldn't think about it to much. Just stick to your plan. Sent from my Vivo 5R using BariatricPal mobile app
