  1. Thank you! Stick with protein and veggies for the most part. I joined a gym about three months ago and focused on strength training first then cardio.
  2. You will just listen to your doctor. Good luck!
  3. Thank you so much! You look awesome btw.
  4. Thank you Yes I’ve had a few stalls. Then I started going to the gym and had even more. But I’ve talked to trainers and they said I’m gaining muscle so I’m trying not to weigh myself as much.
  5. Thank you ?. I have lost a lot of hair. I’m lucky it started out thick or I would have to wear a hat. I started taking zinc, hopefully it helps.
  6. I was addicted to carbs lol. Sticking with protein and vegetables has worked for me.
  7. Thank you ? It isn’t easy but you can do it! Mind over matter. Gaining weight doesn’t happen overnight and neither does losing it. I set goals it makes it a little easier.
  8. Thanks. I mostly eat protein and a half a cup of vegetables everyday. I few occasions I have had fruit.
  9. Wow. I can’t believe how much better I feel!
  10. Started two week pre-op diet April 20th had sleeve done May 8th and I'm down 50lbs and 19 inches! My knees are already thanking me!
  11. My favorite so far is chicken and refried beans. I made my family chicken tacos and I used 3 ozs of the chicken and 1oz of the beans and pureed it.
  12. Honestly better than expected. Didn't really need the at home pain meds that much. I'm stilll feeling hungry though. I thought that would go away. I'm on puréed foods so that helps with hunger. Overall glad I did it! You will do great also. Thank you
