  1. Be happy. The date itself will probably have you over the moon. We are all in your corner this site is awesome.

  4. I just brought my short-disability paperwork and fmla in to the surgeon office last week for filling out. My surgery is May 15 so definitely get it in before your surgery.
  5. I'm glad you are doing okay. How many days did you stay in the hospital?
  6. Talking about some serious weight loss. I wear 36 but I'm 394lbs and I know what it's like to not breathe when walking. Pixiedust you are my inspiration. I'm going to follow you. You are me. ?

  9. Everything o.k. I got lots of pre-op appointments within the next two weeks before my surgery. I guess to meet the team and getting the paperwork out the way. It's exciting.

  11. Hey Trish, How was your first day with the full liquid diet? I'm living vicariously through you because mine start next Tuesday and I'm curious did you get results yet or is it too early? ?

  13. I had my first appointment in September 2016 and my surgery date is May 2017. So I would with my insurance it took almost 8 months. I had to do lost of testing but the major time was spent on supervised weight loss for 6 months. My last class is April 20.
  14. I am glad you asked these questions cause it can help me on what to expect also. My date is May 15.
  15. I thank you for your insight cause lots of people on here have trouble with gas and knowing this helps a lot.
  16. I have told my kids, mother, sister, hra and two co-workers. That was all that I felt necessary to tell that way of it gets out a work I know who to get. Also, I don't want to jinx it that why I told a little bit of people.
  17. This is exciting all of us in May. Mine is the fifteenth. I'm preparing my house for the full liquid diet so I can have a variety of things to try.
  18. Getting that call feels wonderful don't it?
