I have an appointment with my pcp next week.

  6. Hi all, everyday i read the posts and all are definitely in my prayers and thoughts. For a person who isn't active before surgery it sure took a toll on my body. Meds i normally have been changed to some degree so that takes getting used to and my headaches are getting better. Yesterday, i wiped myself out trying to build rome in a day. From 11:45pm to 2am, i ran to the bathroom almost dumping reading articles bout dehydration and headaches. Thank God a wet towel warm shower stopped me from dumping. Im ok this morning will take it slow but i am going to meet my goals just slow down and stop trying build rome in one day.
