  2. They put me in only three stages soft is coming up that stays with me for 12 weeks then solids indefinitely.
  3. Oh yes. I like the cottage cheese and might try the egg even though i am not really big on eggs. So far my soup stayed down.

  8. You win on the best soup. Oh my goodness your soup sounds so delicious. My soup was a just a little potato boiled until tender then seasoned it with a chicken bouillon envelope mixed in a cup put water in the blender mixed the seasoned potato until it was soup pour contents into a bowl microwaved for two minutes instant soup.

  12. I just got delivered a batch of premier protein and muscle milk. So to finish off my 50 grams of protein i drank the 30 grams of premier protein totalling 80 grams. Im on my 2 bottle of water and to finish it off i made potato soup. 1 potato 1 packet of chicken bouillon and water so creamy and potato tasting.

  22. Hey all, my weight dropped from 379 to 361 and i was able to stand, walk and maneuver into my clothes extremely well. My PCP was extremely excited to see me and she took me off my blood pressure meds completely and my breathing is excellent. Im so happy to be chugging along yet im scared of the future like what if don't make to my goal. I never set goals or promise cause they get flubbed up when i do.
