    I've had a blood clot in my lung before and believe me, I would do just about anything to avoid the pain of that. Definitely call your doc.

    I'm on day 2 of 11 days of Optifast, blech, such a horrible taste but it's only 11 days right?!?!? Surgery is on 22 April, let's get through this people!!!!!
