  1. Agreed! I have two weeks of a full liquid post op diet. Hoping to be cleared for purée on Tuesday! So Sick Of Soup!!!
  2. In Seattle and just had RnY Bypass on 4/24. Wishing you all good vibes on your journey!
  3. Stay strong. Maybe try mixing in some PB2 into a protein shake to give you that rich peanut butter flavor. I'm 1week post op [emoji4] Hang in there. I had a small decafe soy latte to change things up a bit.
  4. Yep, no problems with them for me.
  5. I've found that for me warm, slightly thicker liquids are the easiest to consume. I had a tiny decaf soy latte and it was the first thing I consumed without feeling pain from drinking it.
  6. I had surgery on Monday and am on a full liquid diet for 2 weeks post op. But yes my gas feels like it's constantly battling against liquids and when I drink it makes a gurgling sound [emoji20]

  9. Thanks! Surgery went well and I was pleasantly surprised I had no nausea!!! Back home now and struggling to get in fluids. Dealing with some serious gas pain. I've tried walking and gasx but am feeling minimal relief.
  10. Surgery went well. Came home on Wednesday afternoon. No nausea at all but struggling with serious gas pain. Getting much better sleep now that I'm home. I'm talking walks and GasX strips but the relief is minimal. Struggling with getting in my fluids. Thanks for asking!
  11. I gained weight while in the hospital. Had RnY on Monday, 4/24. Still sore and full of gas. No nausea but struggling to get my fluids in. Going for walks and taking gas x but the relief is minimal.

  14. Started the high protein pre-op diet last week. Feeling excited and nervous about surgery on 4/24. Scheduled a massage on 4/23 to help calm and last min nerves.

  20. Finally got insurance approval!!!!! Officially have my surgery date set for 4/18. Things are starting to seem real now
