I'm wondering what others take to relieve constipation. I've tried MOM, and laxative tea, but it didn't work. Every time I try to go, it's so painful I feel like I'm going to pass out from pain. Any suggestions ?

Is it ok to drink water with chewable vitamins?

I got the ok from my doctor to start taking vitamins. Just wondering if I should take them after I eat or before i eat. I'm on the puree food stage.

Hello, I think you are set. I had my surgery last week. I really didn't need all the stuff I packed. I really just used my slippers, and my robe during my stay. The hospital provided hygiene stuff, so I didn't even use my stuff. My outfit that I wore the day of surgery was what I wore again when I was discharged(of course changed undergarments). I had my surgery, on 2/22. I've been struggling with drinking fluids. As soon as I drink I feel pain on my shoulder and chest area. I'm wondering if I need to walk more. I figure I should count my steps with my fitbit. Anyone have a suggestion on how many steps I should do a day?
