Hang in there you can do this. That metal game with mess with you but try and think that soon you will be able to eat, and the weight is going to come off!!! Cheering you on ❤️

  9. First of all, I am so sorry you are feeling this way. This is not normal. I know everyone is different but for your surgeon to say this is normal is wrong. Where do you live? Maybe someone else can check you out to make sure everything is ok? I haven't gone through what you are going through just trying to help somehow! My best wishes for you

  12. Any update on how he's doing?
  13. I was sleeved may 2nd. I am down 62 lbs. im doing great but I haven't lost in 3 weeks now and have actually gone up a pound or two ? I'm working out every day. I have noticed some hunger has krept back in. Maybe just head hunger... I feel great and all though. My biggest fear is gaining the weight back. Even after weight loss surgery lol
  14. I feel you!! I have been stalled for 3 weeks. I'm like 10 lbs away from goal but I have gained three pounds in the past two weeks and I have no clue why. I honestly want to scream. I'm going to drink a lot more water today and trying running twice a day for the next few days. I am not giving up because I'm so closeeee!!!
  15. Yay!!! Praying for all to go great! It's a great feeling to be sleeved!
  16. Try to take some deep breathes and relax! You must believe and trust everything will be great ❤️ I did the same thing and then I realized I must relax and let go of the fear ?? You will be just fine and all will go great! The only thing I hated about waking up after surgery was how tired I was. Seriously no pain at all. Just tiirreeddd. You will be out of it before the surgery starts. You won't even care about what's about to happen. I promise you will be so loopy and then fall asleep ?? as long as you trust your surgeon you have absolutely nothing to worry about! I hope this helps! And best of luck to you
  17. I do not and never have had an issue with getting in my protein and water. I'm thankful for that! I am having a bad day today ? For some stupid reason the scale has gone up 2.5 lbs for no reason!! Uhg! Whatever right?! Lol. I started working out 5 weeks post op. Started running very slow and have worked myself up from there. I am taking it one day at a time. The biggest thing for me was believing in myself. Once I started believing and realizing one day at a time. It's so easy and still is to get wrapped up in where u are now. I am still learning to enjoy the ride. You are going to do awesome!!
  18. I have a picture of my stomach that they removed! I wanted to make sure it was really done lol!!
  19. Thank you so much!! I work out 5 times a week. Mostly just running. I am 30 years old. Thanks for your compliment! I do have a tiny bit of loose skin lower on my stomach... nothing I really care about though! It feels good to have that weight gone ❤️
