  2. I have my 2nd anniversary schedule for August. I like the idea that he wants to see me. He wants me to go every 6 months. It keeps me on my toes.

  4. So happy for you. I know that feeling exactly Before my surgery I purchase a seat extendor cause I was embarrass to ask the flight attendant for one. Last month flew to Chicago with my daughter and packed it with me. I still think after losing 90 pounds I still need it. Not only did I not need it. But had extra belt left over when I fastened it does anybody think like me and see themselves still heavy. Sw 276 CW 186 GW 150
  5. I will be celebrating my 2 years on 8/1/18. My surgeon had me going to see him every 3 months. Since my surgery. My last visit was in Feb. he wants to see me in August. I told him on my last visit that I can eat a whole sandwitch without a problem. He suggest that I take little bits and take my time. He said it is gonna her harder now to lose weight. I do have urges for all the bad food , I joined weight watchers. So that is helping me. I lost 88 pounds so far. I really want to reach my 100 pound goal by August. Maybe join weights watchers. Give them a try. I like the group support. And getting weight In helps They don’t know I had the sleeve and it is nobody ‘s business
  6. I am also a secret sleever I Just told my children and siblings. None of my friends know. It is nobody business! A friend of my sister asked if I had surgery she said no she is on weight watchers. Which i am. I love going to group meetings and getting weighed in each week which keeps me honest I have been sleeved in 2016 and lost 90 pounds. In the beginning it was coming off fast No as I am getting closer to my GW it is coming off slower Sw 276 cw186 GW160

  8. As long as you feel good don’t listen to them. They could be jealous
  9. I was sleeved 8/16 I lost 82 pounds. Trying to lose another 20. I joined weight watchers. It is great. My surgeon suggested it. I go see him every 3 months for a follow up. He said most patients stop going to see him. I like to go it makes me be accountable. Nobody at weight watchers has to know has to know about your surgery. Good luck

  11. I was sleeved 8/1/16 lost 82 pounds wish it was more. I need to lose 30 more pounds. I joined weight watchers. Give it a shot
  12. I was sleeve 8/1/16 that was my problem also. I spoke to my surgeon I usually have a BM every 3-4 days. He told me that is ok cause there isn’t much food to digest. I take two gummy fiber every day which helps. Hope this helps.

  14. I am one year in and in the beginning can only eat 1/2 a sandwitch. Now I find myself eating a whole sandwitch

  17. I gave up soda when I was sleeved in 8/1/16. I only drink water now. I took a sip of soda recently and didn't like it. Give it time
