  6. I'm a nurse and my uniforms were falling off me, at first I didn't wanna buy new clothers but I went from 3x to x Large in 4 months, I bought Uniform pants like black, blue and white that I could wear multiple tops with. I ended up giving bags of scrubs away. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using BariatricPal mobile app

  8. I can't believe I made it into the 100's , Goodbye 200's. Started the process in June 2016, was 290 lbs, diabetic, sleep apnea, GERD, high blood pressure, back and knee problems. Surgery 4/4/17 weighed 250 lbs, I had been going to the nutritionist and learning to eat right, gave up regular coffee and switched to decaffeinated, still drink decaffeinated, I finally get to shop in the regular section, no more plus size, I am so happy, feel so much better, no longer on meds for diabetes, GERD, no sleep apnea, and blood pressure meds cut in half then again hoping to stop at 6 month checkup. I had multiple stresses through the program, my apartment but my down and I lost everything, I got custody of my 15year old daughter. Became an American citizen, my brother passed away, Today I weigh 193 lbs. My goal is 175 Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using BariatricPal mobile app

  13. I think your doing great, just keep doing the right things, getting ur protein, ur fluids, eating right and exercising. I had surgery April 2017, weighed 250, now nearly 4 months out 202, so close to the 200 mark but I'm happy it's coming off gradually, more noticeable with clothers than on a scale. Be proud of yourself, ur making progress. Be encouraged !! Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using BariatricPal mobile app

I had the sleeve 4/4/17 and for 3 weeks had severe nausea, was on zofran, compazine and the scolpmaine patch, and still was nauseated, it did get better, I walked, I sipped, I threw up, drank broth and tea which helped some. Keep motivated it will pass, Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using BariatricPal mobile app
  17. I was sleeved 4/4/17, HW 292, SW 250 CW 211, I've made slow but steady progress, really aiming for that 200 mark. Feel so much better. I've really stuck to my doctors nutrional guidelines. I prepare all of my food ahead of time in small containers much easier for me to eat in proportion. Good luck to everyone. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using BariatricPal mobile app
