I should probably take measurements but I haven’t been.

Hunger back and stomach capacity high?
That is possibly the best explanation I have read on this site. To the OP I had the same fear you do, right after surgery I was convinced my sleeve was too big because I could drink a lot of Water. Once I moved onto soft foods I realized my sleeve can only handle so much. I still think it is bigger than most, but I am also a big man. I can eat about 6 to 8 ounces of dense Protein in one sitting at 7 months post op.

Want to go rouge!

4 days, stomach growls, hungry
I was starving the morning after surgery. I know it was NOT head hunger, it was real hunger.

Hydroxycut or Phentermine
Don’t take that crap. Your heart will explode. Like for realz explode. Not worth the risk. (I am not a doctor but used to take similar things and almost croaked).

So Who do You Look Like?
I can see Adele. On an unrelated note I think Adele is incredibly overrated as a singer. Either way you are pretty.

I think my depression is easing
You no longer have the escape of food like you used to. You can no longer abuse food. Also, I think the weight loss has affected my medications as well.

Yep, I am in the same boat. I am sick of it. This huge belly is not cool and I want it to shrink damnit.

Massive gut not shrinking
Hello. I have noticed that my massive stomach is not really shrinking at all. The weight seems to be coming off in other areas. My legs look thinner, my shoulders and chest look thinner but my stomach isnt moving. Has anyone else experienced similar issues. I know I carry most of my weight in my stomach so maybe that is why but that is the area I really need to shrink so I can fit into shirts better.

Anyone worried that eating behaviors wont change after surgery
Food is my drug of choice and I am struggling with managing healthy choices. I want to eat junk food when I am bored, sad, depressed. It is very hard for me. Life after WLS is harder than I imagined it would be. I have hit a stall at 100 pounds lost and it is making me feel worse.

Sadly, my depression is the same or slightly worse. My OCD is also worse.

Bad Choices
It is normal. Happens all the time, people post about it on here all the time. Don’t make a habit of it and learn from it and move forward.

how long was your pre-op diet?
Mine was 3 weeks. Low carb and low fat for 3 weeks.

Exercising with kids
I have the same issue. I either have to go before the kids get up or after the kids go to bed. I don’t feel like doing either of those right now, so I am not exercising and my weight loss has stalled.

How Many Carbs Per Day
Hello Peeps. How many carbs should we be taking in per day? Less than how many? I am roughly 7 months out. What should be my goal for calories and carbs? I know everyone is different so just looking for some general feedback. I am 6 foot 1 and 335 pounds.

Can’t Sleep Because of Hunger
Check with your surgeon but it should be fine. I was allowed to have them on my clear diet. I ate so many of them I cannot eat them anymore. Looking at them makes me sick. Hang in there, it will get easier.

I can dream, can't I?
Lol, I hate Easter candy. Especially Peeps.

Hi, fairly new to this site and am posting my pics.
Good luck. The process can be long but it will be worth it. I am down 100 pounds in six months since surgery.
