How Many Carbs Per Day

Hello Peeps.

How many carbs should we be taking in per day? Less than how many? I am roughly 7 months out. What should be my goal for calories and carbs? I know everyone is different so just looking for some general feedback. I am 6 foot 1 and 335 pounds.

The goal for calories is based on your body type and the amount of exercise you do. I reach for the following (Add that I do a lot of lifting): 1) 30g Carbs 2) 126g Protein 3) 52g

I reach for the following (Add that I do a lot of lifting):

1) 30g Carbs

2) 126g Protein

3) 52g of Fats

I use MyFitnessPal to track my macros. It gives me a good idea of where I stand each day.
