5 days post surgery and I feel great but just full all the time. I am not getting my liquid or protein requirements in and I am scared to force myself when I fill so full. Any advice?

That's great! I was up walking same day as f surgery as well but I did have quite a bit of pain. I think most of mine was from the hernia repair. Nothing that was not bearable though.

I am really having to work at it to get my liquid and proteins in. I don't think I am quite making it but close. I am feeling better everyday. I think having the hernia repair and gallbladder removal made my pain little worse, but again if I had to do it again I would!!

4 days post surgery and no regrets! It is kind of hard for me to get all my liquids in. I feel great- just still really sore.

Yes. Surgery was this past Thursday and it was rough that day and over night. But I'm good now.

Any advice on what I should bring with me that maybe I haven't thought of?

Day 9 of pre-op diet. Day 2 of liquid only and I am struggling! Last week with 1 protein meal was bearable but liquid only is hard!

Day 5 of pre Op diet with no cheating! I can do this!

I am not allowed any sugar on my 2 week pre op diet. No fruit!

I am also using the Bariatrics shakes but I cant use milk at all.

I'm trying! But it is hard! Gonna try chicken broth today.
