  1. I was concerned about this also. Remember, though, if you've been on a liquid diet, there's nothing in your gut. Best wishes Sent from my SM-N910V using the BariatricPal App
  2. Good work! Sent from my SM-N910V using the BariatricPal App
  3. I had my sleeve on Dec. 29. As of today, I'm 30 pounds down, and 70 pounds from my goal weight. My eating has done a 360 since surgery and I eat clean and healthy. I do not eat carbs, except for a piece of wheat toast in the morning with my Vitamins (and a Protein shake). Also, I walk 30 minutes 4 or 5 times a week. Just needing a word or two of wisdom and encouragement. I'm afraid that my weight loss is going to stop. Sent from my SM-N910V using the BariatricPal App
  4. Hang in there and call your doctor/surgeon. I do know that we reach a plateau around 4 weeks. Sent from my SM-N910V using the BariatricPal App
  5. I had mine done on 12/29, Thursday, and returned to work the following Wednesday. I sit at a desk all day, so the soreness didn't effect me all that much. Good luck! Sent from my SM-N910V using the BariatricPal App
  6. I did it yesterday...down 13 pounds! Woo-hoo! Sent from my SM-N910V using the BariatricPal App
  7. Had my surgery on 12/29. Haven't stepped on the scale yet. I'm scared to. Sent from my SM-N910V using the BariatricPal App
