  1. I had my sleeve done on the 28th. I'm right there with you. The mental part of this is so much harder than I thought it would be. Just know someone else out there understands what you are going through. That seems to help me a little bit. Knowing I'm not alone. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  2. Yep. I'm sure no one wants to lose their hair. Not sure that needed to be said. I also know that in life we have to do things we don't necessarily want to do. I'm just voicing my concerns. I thought that's what this was for? Just looking for encouragement from people dealing with the same concerns. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  3. I had my sleeve done on December 28th. I would love to be a part of the group. I'm still trying to figure out this app. Can I get an invite? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  4. I'm right there with you. I didn't expect this to be as hard as it is. I'm also 4 days postop. I know this pain will end and that eventually I'll be able to eat again. I have so many concerns. I hate chicken broth and so I'm having a hard time getting the Protein in that I feel my body needs. I feel like I'm starving myself, but I don't want to eat anything. I want to eat everything, but I don't want to eat anything. Does that make sense? I'm also such a picky eater and am just scared of malnutrition. Drinking plenty of Water and I found some Protein powder that can be added to water. I just hope that's enough. I also don't want to lose my hair. It's my favorite thing about myself. Just a lot of worry over here. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
