    Hi, Jumping through the hoops can be aggrevating/discouraging, but will be worth it in the end. I felt the same way; time has flown by and now I am awaiting surgery scheduled later this month. I agree with Woo Woo, you want to be covered just incase something goes wrong. Take care!
