  1. Thank you for your reply. I will def ask my GP for that.
  2. I just had an attack a few nights ago where my heart was beating very rapidly, I had bad shortness of breath which caused me dizziness, and my arms especially the right were heavy and tingling. It really scared me but I took a valium (from my mother. i am not on meds currently) with a huge bottle of Water, laid down and felt better within 30-45 minutes. This was the worst attack I have ever had. I thought I was possibly having a heart attack ! I haven't disscussed this issue with my surgeon yet so, I wanted to ask if anyone had relief of this condition after weightloss? Or does this have anything to do with weight whatsoever? I just hate it and wish I could never have an attack again. Its ruining my life. If I even think about a stressful situation, I have to hurry and get my mind off of it quickly before I start getting that panic type feeling, it sucks. Surgery scheduled for March 2017
  3. You look Hot Congrats on the weight loss !
  4. Therapy for food addiction is definitely something I need to look into. And i cook at home already everyday and drink lots of water i have a constant thirst for water so thankfully that isnt my problem. thank ou and good luck on your journey
  5. I'm afraid if lose too much before surgery, I'm thinking they might not do it thinking I can just do it by myself especially since I barely met the requirements, but for me its sticking to things I have always had the problem with so I do in fact need this surgery for long term success.
  6. How much weight did you lose during this period?
  7. Thank you for the feedback. This seems pretty managable. How about vitamins? Did you begin after surgery ?
  8. haha I can't wait for that lol
  9. The other day I posted about how I have been binging non stop since I found out I'll be getting my surgery in March. I got good feedback, some tough love comments saying if I really wanted it I would work my ass off for it. Well, I do want this, more than anything. My son is 2, he's what I have to live for along with my honey I want to prepare myself for this new life. I am 21 years old, 5'8" at 265 pounds & BMI of 40.5 ! I started out at 292 but scared myself, I did not wanna get to 300 so I made some changes like quitting soda and chips and dropped almost 30 pounds but that was it. I started binging again but thankfully haven't gained anything back. I need to get it together, I'm too young for this... So, my question to those of you that have gotten sleeved, what were the changes you guys made to prepare for life after surgery? Like should I start drinking my Breakfast? Should I intermittent fast? What worked for you when you were still in your "fat person" state of mind? Oh and Vitamins, what vitamins did you take? Here are some body shots that I'll be using as my "before" pics Thanks in advance and good luck to you all on your new life change !
  10. congrats, you are very beautiful. Can't wait to see what you'll look like in another 6 months. slaayy girl slaayy
  11. You won't fail, you got this.
  12. I am going thru the same thing, I'll have my surgery in March 2017. Best thing we can do is keep it to a minimum and try to stop. Good luck ????
  13. Oh thankfully my weight hasn't gone up at all idk how lol. Good luck to you
  14. I have to do classes and visits before acutally getting my surgery so, mine will be in March unfortunately. Since I found out that I for sure would be getting sleeved, I have been getting cravings like crazy and binging really bad. Did anyone else do this before surgery ? I would like to start making changes in January to prepare for life after surgery but right now its like I feel like I need to get it all in before I can't anymore.
  15. Hi, im new to this site and havent replied to anyone but your comment is so relatable. my mom had cancer and tells every soul thatll listen. i mean shes a survivor and should be proud but i on the other hand am very shy when it comes to stuff like that. she also told me why the hell be ashamed? but its not that im ashamed its just that, what does it benefit others to know ? i understand you completely.
