I'm 4 days out... today was better than others... I drank a whole Premier shake.. it took all day... a couple spoons of sf Jello.. chicken broth for lunch... 2-3 ounces n same for dinner... very little Water I think about 4 ounces of water... n 2 ounces of Gatorade zero Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

I was sleeved 12/21 as well n I was running a fever yesterday... my incisions hurt so bad... the medicine knocks me down... n then I wake up attempting to catch up on sips... only eating ice chips n popsicles for now.., broth tastes very bad smh Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Good Morning ☀️ I was sleeved yesterday (12/21/16) so far no real issues. I'm feeling a little weak... probably from the liquid pain medicine...It's disgusting n I can't take it all at once. Sipping cold Water and crunching on ice chips. What else can I have??? My nurse said Clear liquids until one week post op... however I thought I could have the Protein shakes...
