  9. Just make sure youre getting all of your Protein and Water in, oh and your Vitamins too..... You'll be fine. I was like that the first few weeks. But once I began my soft foods/pureed phase... all the worries went out the window. Wishing you the best of luck on your journey. I'm now just about 6 weeks post op. and I'm feeling amazing.   10. I'm not too sure, but from what I understand through my own medical insurance (Kaiser), they will cover the tummy tuck because all the saggy skin is a risk for infections. They don't cover arms or boobs. Sent from my SM-N930V using the BariatricPal App

  13. I use crystal light in my Water and add PB2 into my Protein drink, it gives extra protein so I can physically drink less. Just keep constantly sipping. That's the key. Good luck Sent from my SM-N930V using the BariatricPal App
