  1. Refusing to step on the scale! I would LOVE to have a fruit salad for lunch, or just a salad!! I bring meat to work, but when I bring a sandwich, I do put it on bread, can't help it, can't eat lunch meat plain. I am not sure of calorie intake, but it isn't 1000 a day, SO START MOVING STUPID SCALE!
  2. I had to buy the Isopure "juice" red, blue, green, orange and purple. 40g protein. I couldn't hold any other kind of thing down!!! Purple tastes like grape kool-aid!
  3. Bahahahahaha!!!!! Too funny. I go back to the surgeon on the 1st, and I'm afraid he's going to say something about not enough loss. Although I'm down 50.
  4. I stalled at 4.5 weeks I am almost 6 weeks. No movement. I'm about to throw the scale across the room! It's probably broken, lol. 5 miles a day of walking.
  5. Oh my goodness. You need to take it easy. I am 2.5 weeks out and can get through work, maybe a load of laundry and dishes before I am so weak I can't move. It takes a long time, we had major sugery. Sent from my SM-N910V using BariatricPal mobile app
  6. Ahhh, a belt, a tucked in shirt, dreaming, hopefully soon. You look awesome. Sent from my SM-N910V using BariatricPal mobile app
  7. Me too. I finally felt if I could chew it to the consistency of mush, it counted as puree. Sent from my SM-N910V using BariatricPal mobile app
  8. You look AWESOME! Sent from my SM-N910V using BariatricPal mobile app
  9. This is exactly what is happening to me. Sent from my SM-N910V using BariatricPal mobile app
  10. Ricotta bake worked for me, scrambled egg did not! Sent from my SM-N910V using BariatricPal mobile app
  11. Found it on Pinterest. Looked at pureed foods for bariatrics.
  12. This happened to me to the point where I was only taking in water. My surgeon told me to go to the Vitamin Shop, they will point you in the right direction. Isopure has juice protein drinks. 40g per 28 oz. They taste really good too.
  13. I'm on pureed, just started. The ricotta bake is like heaven. However, made a scrambled egg, two bites and the most horrible dry heaves! Your sleeve will instantly tell you.
  14. Had min done the 15th. I don't have really any pain anymore, I just can't tolerate anything but water.
  15. Unfortunately, I am not even close to this point. I can't even have pureed food yet. Once I get back onto food I wont have a problem. Thank you for your suggestions.
  16. The thought of another protein shake makes me want to vomit! Yea, I am only 3 days into my full liquid diet. I can't wait for pureed!
  17. Thank you for the protein name. I'm going to try this. I have no problem getting water down.
  18. I was sleeved on the 15th. If I get a quarter of a slim fast in I'm good. I make sure to take the Zofran first, the protonics helps with bubbles they said, so I take that at night. I'm getting weak. I want to go back to work Monday, but I don't know.
  19. Hahaha, blowing up my stomach cavity.
  20. I am also 4 days post op. I stayed longer. Not because of the walking, but because of the vomiting. From pain meds, so had to stop those! The gas is the worst, still have it. Today I feel the best though If anyone uses Young Living Essential Oils, DiGize on your stomach vita flex point gets those bubbles moving. My throat is sore today, first time I've noticed
