  3. @@goldenbarbie thanks for the info. Only have the dry mouth at night. I don't have issues drinking just not drinking enough and don't want to go over that line of too much dehydration.   11. @@SassyMedic these look awesome may have to make a trip to the us. Can you tell how much sugar and fat is in the sweet potatoe and butternut squash? They look so yummy.   18. 5 days after surgery I finally took a durolax it totally helped. Still can't seem to go on my own take a pill every two days. Stool softners didn't work for me. Sent from my iPad using the BariatricPal App

  20. @onereallybigbird. That's awesome news. Get some unflavoured Protein powder and add some to creamed Soup and yogurt, even sugar free pudding. It helps get the protein in. If too thick at milk to thin down. People also add it to broth but I can't seem to get that to work it curdled Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  21. I was an absolute reck leading up to surgery. Crying all the time and major doubt. What am I doing? After the surgery all my doubts vanished. I am freaked out about the hair lose, my hair is one of my best features. I have to keep thinking if I'm not enjoying life due to my weight, is my hair that important?   23. Just like others I packed some stuff used nothing but Chapstick, my phone and cord. I didn't really watch anything I was mostly sleeping and wearing what they gave me. I was overnight but gone by 2 pm Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  24. I'm 8 days out, noticed my sips were not small enough. I've always been a gulper. Thankful I haven't had much pain when I drink. I did the first few days now not so much . Haven't had a lot of gas issues. Was given an acid pill for 30 days perhaps that helps. Yogurt was too think with extra Protein powder so thinned out with soy milk (has more protein then milk) it does get better hang in there. Also took durolax to help with BM, that helped a lot.
