I'm on a 2 week liquid Protein diet that consists of 80-100 grams of protein and 800-1000 calories. Each Protein shake must be around 200 cal and very low sugar. Plenty of Water too. The sole purpose is to shrink the liver and loosen things up in the abdomen to make it easier for the surgeon and to get us ready for the 1st phase of the diet. Good luck everyone. RWalker15 just get back on track today. You can do it. I'm on my second day of liquid diet and my surgery is Dec 12th as well.
