  1.    Rainbow2015 reacted to a post in a topic: What was your pre op diet?
  2. thankfully i just started back on my Adderall so it has really been curbing my appetite or else I would probably be about to kill someone at this point lol.
  3. I am Scheduled for surgery on December 12 and have been on the pre op diet for two days now. Im just curious to know what everyones pre op diet was? My doctor gave me a list that said 3 protein shakes a day, ans then all of the fruit juice i can drink as long as no sugar added, all the broth i want, sugar free applesauce, pudding, and jello, and low fat cottage cheese and greek yogurt. I just want to know if that sounds like a normal pre op diet to anyone because i thought it would be just liquids and no fruitjuice. thank you
