So I will be six weeks next week, and today was sent home from work because I feel like crap. BP was 106/73, which my average is 130/80's.. I am on BP meds as well as thyroid. No, I am not on any pain meds. I was lucky to get off those within the first week Now that I am back to work, it is not as bad, but happens occasionally. Spoke with the Dr at post op, and she had never heard any other patients complain about this It could definitely be my thyroid, but I don't have any other symptoms that would prove to be that. I have been on thyroid meds for 17 years and never had that... normally it's the palpitations that I get first. Thank you all for the ideas... I just now got the notifications. Ever since I started the pre-op diet 12-13, I have been having issues trying to get to sleep. I was sleeved on 12-27 and about 50% of the time my body jerks myself awake just as I'm starting to doze. It is a lot easier, but with your weight change, possible hormone changes it could mess with it too, My surgeon actually had me sign a contract stating a would not get pregnant for 12 months after surgery. Sent from my SM-G900V using the BariatricPal App

To lose weight, you need to burn more calories than you take in. With the surgery, you are only taking in 300 cals starting out and by the time you are healed it would be approx 900 call daily. As long as you are staying active it will help. Sent from my SM-G900V using the BariatricPal App
