I have 3 family members (Mother and 2 aunts) that were very large. They each had gastric bypass and after the surgery their boobs got smaller but their okay. it's not bad tho, the stuff you have to drink is Blahhhh but besides that it's easy. I'm worried about this EGD test.

@caramelgroove they told me no metal, but since they were taking a xray of that portion of my body I made sure to take them out. I didn't want anything zapping my Tatasss... lol

I hear you... I would neverrrr want to go through it again. So I don't want mine to close it took forever to heal but was almost closed within a few short hours.

It amazed me as well I had to google it... I was upset and in shock! But I got it in so it's okay now you maybe able to answer this. What happens when I get my EGD??? I'm waiting for this appointment and I'll be ready : )

You are a true Inspiration!!! You did on you own what a lot of us could only dream to accomplish! It took dedication and drive... Your wife lost a strong man! I'm just sitting here thinking if you did that on you own imagine what you will do once the surgery is done. I can't wait to see work! You got this hands down....

So Leave it to me to put this out there in the VSG World... But I have to be honest and warn ppl. SO yesterday I had 2 appointments one with the Psychologist and a Upper GI. Well of course I was told to remove all piercings so I did before I left home. Well I was away for 5 hours, that's it!!! I've had my girls pierced for 2 years.... So why was it hard for me to put them back in when I got home. I mean it took hours but I love my piercings so I was determined to get them in before I went to sleep and they close completely! So to all my beautiful pierced ppl please learn from my mistake. Buy some plastic Jewelry to put in while having these types of procedures or I heard they can also cover it with tape. I hope this helps someone out, I know I wish I had this information before. P.S. Don't mind the silly pic just something I found online

I am so sorry for your experience I too have dealt with this sort of nonsense. I dated a guy for 2 years I finally called it quits his family are all petite they make fun of and discriminate so much against people who are over weight. It's always you know the fat girl the big girl etc I could just imagine what they say about me when I am not around. He recently said you are the biggest girl I have ever dated but once I got to know you I got passed you being fat. He was so against me having surgery even threaten to break up with me. Little did he know it was just a matter of time before I beat him to the punch. I am good and look forward to a stress free life without him. I know exactly where to run into them and Lord willing in a few months I will walk in to see thier jaws drop! I am not doing this for this sole purpose I have been dealing with alot of health issues in the last year. I have rheumatoid arthritis and being overweight does not help! Best of luck to you! But they will see me again and I promise you I'm gonna flaunt my @$$ off to! Anyways I hope you feel some relief after the surgery, mother moved around a lot better after her Gastric Bypass of course losing weight didn't take the Arthritis away but she does feel much better.
