  2. @@tamirn I think your goal is realistic! But it really depends on you and what you do after the surgery : ) I'm 280 now I haven't received my surgery date yet and I would love to be about 160 so time will tell... I'm gonna try and follow the Ketogenic diet once I'm allowed to eat solids after the surgery and hopefully that will get me to that weight. Oh and I will be doing yoga and calisthenics

  9. I would do it! I was in the same situation and decided not to have the surgery and now I'm at square one.... I wish I would have point myself first! I felt down and I was really hurt and even then I didn't worry about myself and I gained more weight. He moved on without a care in the world, I just let go for awhile I didn't exercise or cared what I ate. I wanted my next partner to love me for me.... But I wish I would have got it done. I wasn't happy with myself, I was very insecure. A divorce is a divorce it will never be easy mine only took 1 1/2 months to be finale it was quick. But if I got the surgery done that would have gave me something positive to look forward to. Please do it

  16. I don't smoke but my fiancé does at the first appointment she smelled it and explained to me that if I smoked she wouldn't do the surgery until I quit. But since I don't she just said no second hand smoke because it can slow the healing process. Some surgeon do a nicotine test before surgery too! So if you really want it done just quit... I know easier said then done.

  21. LOL @ you are to much for me... lmbo I think are nipples can take more then you can imagine. I've breastfeed 2 kids and these babies are just fine, so I don't believe my sensitivity will decrease. And when it comes to stimulation all I need is for the wind to blow So it makes no difference to me I just wear padded bras everything goes unnoticed....
  22. I'm sorry I can't help most people here are pre op if you go to post op QA. You'll get more feed back
  23. Thanks for your reply @@blizair09 I don't have a 6 month requirement with my insurance and I only have to do 3 classes. So my last class is December 13th, I know she wanted to make sure I was cleared by the other doctors first and I have been. My Labs are done so maybe once I have the EGD she'll submit everything and give me a date. I just can't do last minute arrangements with my job so the sooner the better even if the date change at least I can give them proper notice.
  24. Hello everyone, I guess you know by now this is my Favorite place to vent.... Ok so I feel like I'm working backwards. I've seen the psychiatrist, had the Upper GI, and they both asked when is your surgery date and I told them I don't have one yet. Then they give me the odd look... And when I look here it seems like everyone does the classes first, well I only had to do 3 and I have 2 classes in one day. So I wonder when she'll give me a surgery date? I hope she gives me time to give my job notice....
