I'm PISSED OFF BEYOND BELIEF! I had surgery 6/14 I lost 40 pounds but as of today 12 pounds came back..! How that fast did 12 pounds come back?? I didn't even gain that much weight eating McDonald's every other day in a week's time.. Please someone HELP!! I've called my doctors office.. No help.. I made an appointment with my dietitian can't see her until August.. I'm lost and getting discouraged.. I've been typing in to Google .. Hey every, I've lost 40 pounds since 6/14 50 all together, but today I got on the scale it went up 6 pounds!! How in the hell.. Well the first week I ate absolutely nothing and I didn't drink either ... I lost alot of muscle.. But now I'm drinking alot and eating my mushies and soups.. To be honest, I was in pain the first week, after that I was totally fine.. The site where they pull your stomach out hurts the most .. But now I'm going on 3 weeks post op and my incisions are already healed up.. Your more so uncomfortable Sent from my Z981 using BariatricPal mobile app

Hello everyone just made it home, I awoke from the anesthesia saying "aaaay I can't Fu*%#@ breath" lol vomited twice last night they had to change up my nausea medicine twice the gas x strips made me puke then the tea I said for get after I didn't touch anything else but in order for me to leave I had to drink something, I didn't throw up but it did bother my stomach. Your going to be OK. Don't let last min jitters tuin something you worked do hard for. It's your mind playing tricks on you.. You would have never gotten this far if you had an ounce of serious doubt.. Yaaaaaas I'm excited woke up before my alarm clock and every thing lol. Im checking my emotions " like OK, not freaking out.. Not nervous" I'm surprised that I'm clam. I was freaking out since I started doing my pre ops and classes and the day I got my date I had a mini anxiety attack because I knew .. It's real now. But I go in at 10:30 which I live very close to the hospital and surgery is at 12. I'm just ready to get it done.. And start my new life with my tool I got some living to do! When I was 22 I first told my mom I wanted to have surgery, she was against it and talked down to me about it. I was hurt and mad at her I didn't want to tell her anything anymore.. Heck yea I'm 26 and tomorrow is my surgery, I've been trying to get this surgery since I was 22 no luck then but finally I'm getting the help I've been asking for. Don't worry about partying and drinking and your social life. That all will always be there, but your good health will not.. You'll heal and look good and you'll be social again. I'm getting my bag ready, house ready, I bought a walker and a bed side table, broth .. Shakes and water I just don't have my vitamins I'm confused still as to what vitamins I need .. I'm from California but live in Vegas Sent from my Z981 using BariatricPal mobile app

Basically what the title says.. Now I'm having surgery on Wed with no one there I live out of state away from family.. And the person who was supposed to be there for me threw this is in jail, I'm stressed out hurt mentally and physically and now nervous.. I need some tips on how to manage post op all by yourself self.. Thank you
