  32. I have smoked a pack a day for the last 20 years.Once I found out in October that I was accepted to get the sleeve.I read how dangerous it is to be a smoker and have surgery. When I saw the word blood clots it freaked me out enough to quit.I quit cold turkey on November 1st and it is now Jan 17th and I have not cheated once!I never thought I could do it but I did and you can too mind over matter. Just remember how unsafe it is for you during a surgery to be a smoker.Surgery Date Feb 15 2017 Sent from my SM-G900V using the BariatricPal App
