I DONT KNOW HOW TO APPROACH THIS
He does like bigger women. But I don't see myself getting rail skinny. I plan on trying for 130-140. With my height I'd still be chubby. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

I DONT KNOW HOW TO APPROACH THIS
I'm two days away from surgery. And my boyfriend made some comments basically telling me that my weight loss from the lap band isn't going to be to my credit. I know this surgery won't make me just drop any weight I'm going to have to make some serious life changes to succeed with my weight loss. I've been with him like a year and the relationship is pretty serious. He's also made it clear he doesn't want me to get the surgery. How should I deal with this? He's supposed to be my biggest support system. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Cheated 5 days after my sleeve
I wouldn't be too hard on yourself. But keep in mind that this may result in complications. If I slipped up like this I would consult the surgical specialists who performed my surgery just to make sure that this doesn't lead to damage. You're a human being. It happens. Hopefully you took small bites of the chicken nugget and chewed thoroughly. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

Pre op protein shake diet
I was put on a pre op shake diet for two weeks. A coworker suggested muscle milk lite for my diet. It's working but tastes horrid after drinking it. Any suggestions for some half decent tasting shakes that I don't have to gag to drink? Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
