  12. I am 5 weeks post op and I understand there are stalls in losing weight but is it normal to gain? I was down 40 pounds 2 weeks ago and I have slowly gained back 5 pounds, I am trying not to panic but when I see the scale moving up instead of down it's kind of scary. 13. Are you having any Protein drinks or shakes? Do you just keep going back to liquids? What protein are you keeping down? I can put GENEPRO in my yogurt and sometimes get a premier Protein shake down(I have to force myself but it depends on if I can get my gagging under control). Nothing tastes the way I remember it.
  14. I am 1 month post op and feel the same way. I am at my breaking point today because whatever I try to eat grosses me out from the smell. I am struggling with meat and can not eat cottage cheese or eggs which I use to love. I am snuggled in bed knowing I ate yogurt for Breakfast and a tablespoon of mashed potatoes for lunch. I attempted chicken for dinner and couldn't get through the first bite. Please say this gets better??

  18. This is me with everything, especially food. I am on puréed soft food and I can't stand the smell of anything. It's gaging me before I can even attempt to eat it. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  19. So I am post op 12 days and getting ready for the pureed stage. As I look up things on line all post-op diet plans look different. I am craving chicken noodle Soup and noticed that on one website it says Soups with soft noodles can be used during the clear liquid stage. Has anyone tried this??? 20. I am on day 12 and just had the sugar free pudding and it was so nice to eat. I feel hungry constantly. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
