  1. I ate the toppings off of pizza three months out. I'm four months out. I can't tolerate the bread
  2. No but I got a clot between my intestines and liver after surgery
  3. I had small sips of wine [emoji485] one month after Surgery. I was fine
  4. My doctor set my weight goal goal. It's a good weight for me. I'll be overweight. Our goal is 150. That is what I weighed when I graduated high school.
  5. You will be fine. My surgery was December 2nd. I cheated on thanks giving. I only ate a little bit but it satisfied me

  7. I didn't start meeting my quota until this month. i just found a good protein shake a gnc. its called total lean. i'll post a pic when i get to my phone. it doesn't have a chalky taste,
  8. Hey ladies. I got so nervous the day of my surgery that i started to shake. it became my real at that moment. I was visiting my coworkers at the time. i had to sit down. after a few minutes it went away. along with my sister, two coworkers went across the street with me. i never asked them. they said they were coming and i didn't complain. Now i am 3 1/2 months post op and doing great. YOU CAN DO IT. take it one day at a time. keep your gas x strips handy. move alot. i only spent one night in the hospital. my nurses said that i probably didn't have the gas pains because i moved around so much in the bed and i walked alot.
  9. i've been using the vitamin patches for 4 months now. i'm 3 1/2 months post op. i had my 3 month blood work also. my blood work was fine. i don't need calcuim anymore. its high. i always need the vitamin d3. its always low in the winter. i do have to take my multivitiman/multimineral patch. I have to take a b6 vitamin and zinc and copper vitamin. my nut said that it is normal for the b6 and zinc and copper to be low after surgery.
  10. i didn't do the treadmill until 6 weeks post op. i did fine. just walk around the house. let your body heal first.
  11. i had a very small piece of pineapple upside down cake. my stomach let me have. i don't push my stomach that far. i enjoyed it

  13. Thank you!! Yes I'm on a blood thinner. The pain is completely gone. Thank goodness!!! Now if my body can decide if I'm going to have hot flashes or cold flashes. Lol

  19. I'm doing great!! Every now n then my blood sugar tries to drop early in the morning but otherwise I'm good. I take it one day at a time. I'm officially 3 months out. How are you MsShortyDee
