DVT

So I have DVT and after going through the year of jumping through hoops I am unsure if I can have surgery.

To say I feel totally defeated is an understatement.

Has anyone had successful sleeve surgery with DVT? I need some hope.

Thanks.

No but I got a clot between my intestines and liver after surgery

I've read of people developing them after surgery, but I don't know what happens if you have one before.

Thanks everyone. I went to see a hematologist today and he feels very comfortable with me having the surgery. Switched me to Xarelto as well. Still looking at a sleeve date of May or June!
