  3. I agree! It was tough, and other sleeves/ bypassers that I knew told me about their cheating! I knew this was a mental test and not just a physical necessity pre op.... And you know what? I did not cheat and luckily haven't had any adverse post op complications. In 3 days (but who is counting) I will be 4weeks post op and 6 weeks post solids, and I can not wait to introduce solids again...i think I earned it! Sent from my XT1254 using the BariatricPal App

  6. Hello! I am 2 weeks out (9/26). The best advice I can give is that although the liquid diet sucks ( I was on it for 2weeks prior to surgery) DO NOT CHEAT! Your post op course will be so much easier. It's tough but you can do it! The surgery wasn't bad at all. See if they can get u a heating pad to sleep with in hospital.. lifesaving. Just remember how hard you worked for this, and your extremely limited diet is just that... Limited. You will eat food again. Good luck! Sent from my XT1254 using the BariatricPal App
