  1. I had nausea really bad. They alternated between two anti nausea drugs(one worked and one didn’t). They then gave me anti nausea patches for behind my ears which started to help. The good news on day four I was so much better!
  2. You will be fine!
  3. So nauseous.....2 years later it is a distant memory. I would do it all over again.
  4. I took 3 stool softeners daily and chewed up fiber gummies into tiny tiny pieces. I did this for the first 5 months. Now I don't need them anymore. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  5. I also have not lost in a month and a half. I am really getting nervous. I know I can eat more than in the beginning. I am 6 months out. I really hope it kicks back in. I still have another 23 pounds until the goal weight they set for me. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  6. I swear it was Greek yogurt that took the constipation away. I had it bad. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  7. I had the worst constipation. I started eating Greek yogurt daily and I started going regularly. Then I started my Iron pill and it wasn't so easy again. Now I eat a Greek yogurt and take 2 stool softener a day. It seems to do the trick. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  8. Has anyone tried the Celebrate chewable Iron? I have been taking iron at night and I wake up an hour later nauseous with a bad taste in my mouth. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
  9. I am 3 months out for RNY. I have lost 58 pounds. I chose it because it has been around since the sixties. I know some people have to convert to the RNY after the sleeve. I didn't want to have to go through two surgeries. I could not be more pleased with the results. I say if you can get through the first couple weeks you are golden. 10. Actually I have decreased urination. I get my 64 ounces everyday and do not go as often. Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App
