  7. I was sleeved the 9th and there was a roller coaster of emotions and frustrations... it's a couple weeks later and I'm feeling so much better.. don't be hard yourself.. Hang in there .. feel free to message me if you need to chat.. I too was on depression pills and it was another battle I needed to take head on.. that battle felt harder than the surgery.. in time it all seems to work itself out Paul12677
  8. I got sleeved the 9th and felt the same way too! Like I made the biggest mistake of my life.. but it actually gets better and better.. after two weeks I now am prepared for a new life and refocused. The feeling of why I did this in the first place gets stronger and stronger everyday.. stay strong and you will do great. P.S. We have next Thanksgiving to look forward too! Paul12677

Hi a friend of mine who had the surgery said bring chap stick.. easy slip on shoes to go home with.. small bottle of mouth wash cause it might be hard to bend over to brush your teeth.. and a towel to hold against your stomach for the ride home just in case you hit some bumps ... hope that helps!
