  5. Don't be discouraged.. just follow doctors plan and you will be fine.. we've all been through these moments of frustration and It eventually all works itself out.. I went through a 3 week stall and was miserable.. felt the same way you do now.. but overall down 60 pounds and feel great Paul12677

January 9 will be 2 months and I've been on solids for a month now thank God .. the first few weeks were certainly the hardest.. every gets better and better so don't let the hard days get to you.. the only true bumps was my stall but I learned from it and how to deal with it.. everyone goes through it and battling through will be hard initially but just hang in there it will pass.. best of luck to you and keep me posted Paul12677 thank you Paul12677

  16. Nowhere close to my Goal but I'm really happy with my progress.. surgery was November 9th. HW 322 SW 295 CW 264 Goal weight 170 Spent many nights post op wondering if I made the right decision getting my surgery and now I know it was the best thing I could have done for my health.. best of luck to everyone with their personal journey.

  23. do you occasionally mix in Alcohol? And do go about it with the same thought process? I'm Working on getting my head on straight and be faced with the right choices without that feeling like I'm on a diet.. Paul12677
